What is JungleMemory©?
JungleMemory© is an online training program designed to dramatically improve working memory and grades. The program directly trains working memory to stimulate how they learn. The end result is improved classroom performance and higher grades.

Who should use JungleMemory©?
Everyone between 6 and 16 years old! All students, whether bright or with learning difficulties, improve after training.

How long does JungleMemory run?
When you purchase JungleMemory, you will receive a subscription that lasts for 8 weeks.

Does the student need to use JungleMemory© with a teacher or a parent?
No. Parents are so busy these days that JungleMemory© is designed to give your child an advantage without needing to constantly check up on them. Kids and teenagers love playing so much it doesn’t seem like homework!

How often should my child play JungleMemory©?
Working memory is your mind’s muscle. The more someone plays it, the stronger their working memory becomes. For optimal benefits, they should play JungleMemory© at least 4 times a week for 8 weeks.

How do I know my child is improving?
Clinical trials show that students who used JungleMemory© increased their grades in just 8 weeks. At the end of each training session, JungleMemory© provides customized feedback: it shows how much the student has improved since starting, and also compares their performance with peers. These reports can be printed out as well.

How long will it take to receive JungleMemory©?
JungleMemory© is an online training program, so your child can begin immediately after you pay.

USING JUNGLEMEMORY
How does my child log on?
Just enter your username and password on the top right of the home page and click on LOGIN to begin.

How long will it take use JungleMemory© everyday?
It will take around 20 minutes a day to play all 3 games.

My child tried to play Game 2 again today, but couldn’t. Why?
JungleMemory© is designed to be played ONCE each day for maximum benefit.

What do the STATS show?
Graph 1 shows how much your child has improved since they started playing JungleMemory.

Graph 2 shows you where your child stands in a line of 100 children of the same age, for each game. The higher the number, the better they are.

Why can’t I see my child’s STATS after playing Game 1?
The STATS are only shown after you play all 3 games.

My child just finished playing JungleMemory© for the first time, why can’t I see their STATS?
For comparative purposes, it takes two sessions to show their stats. Once they play a second time, STATS will be generated.

My son loves JungleMemory©, can my daughter play it too?
Yes, but you will have to buy a new subscription for her. Each JungleMemory© subscription responds to the needs of each individual. If your daughter played your son’s JungleMemory© subscription, this will affect his customized feedback as well as his progress through the game. Each child needs their own subscription to benefit from the training.

We are going on vacation, but my daughter would like to play JungleMemory© while we are away. How can I do this?
JungleMemory© is an online program, so she can play it anywhere in the world! Just remember your username and password.

What are the computer requirements for using JungleMemory©?
REQUIREMENTS:
*Browser - Internet Explorer 6 (or above); Firefox (2 or above); Opera (9); Safari (3)
*Adobe Flash Player version 8: This is a free software and can be downloaded here.
*Javascript enabled browser (most are enabled by default)

I can’t login!
There are three possible reasons why you can’t login.
1. You entered the wrong username and password. This information is case-sensitive so please check whether you have used caps. Also check to make sure there are no spaces between the letters and numbers.

2. You didn’t click LOGIN. Enter your username and password on the top right of www.junglememory.com. Then click ‘LOGIN’.

3. You didn’t complete the registration. We would be happy to complete this process for you. Just email the name and age of your child to: admin@memoryandlearning.com

I can’t play all the games.
Here are some reasons why:
1. The program has timed out. It is standard practice to be logged out after a period of inactivity (usually 20 minutes). If this happens, close the browser and reopen it. If you need to take a break between games, you can close the page as the program will record all your details automatically after each game.
2. Do not click the ‘Back’ button on your internet browser. After you finish playing a game, please click ‘Next’ to return to the home page. This is essential as it is where the scores and graph positions are calculated and recorded.

GENERAL: WMQ TESTER
How is WMQ (Working Memory Quotient) different from IQ (Intelligence Quotient)?
The WMQ measures a child’s potential or capacity to learn. IQ is usually based on what the child has learned.

How long will the WMQ Tester take?
It takes 15 minutes to complete all three tests in the WMQ Tester. A report of your working memory profile is provided at the end of the test. This report can be printed out as well.

BUYING: WMQ TESTER
Can I buy the WMQ Tester on my office computer and then take the test on my home computer?
No, the WMQ Tester stores a temporary cookie which will allow you to take the WMQ Tester at anytime ONLY from the computer you used to buy the WMQ Tester.

Can I purchase the WMQ Tester now but take the test later?
Yes, you can buy the WMQ Tester anytime and take the test later on the same computer.

USING: WMQ TESTER
I closed down my computer before I saw my child’s results from the WMQ Tester. What can I do?
The results from the WMQ Tester are kept by your internet browser. However, the results are only stored in the browser for a couple of days after you do the test - so you should print or save the results as soon as possible. Click here: http://www.memoryandlearning.com/tests/results.html

The demo doesn’t work. I can only see the rabbit, but there are no numbers in the box.
You may be experiencing difficulty running the demo because flash or javascript is disabled on your computer. We have set a page up to check this here. Follow the instructions if your computer is not set up to watch the demo.
